Strategy Activation and Change Management Perspective

Allison has experience setting strategy and leading teams through the change required to activate that strategy throughout her career. She specializes in partnering with executive teams to get clear and specific in the vision they are setting for their organizations, drawing out intended and unintended behaviors, identifying processes that need to be reimagined, and modeling the leadership they want to see from their teams. Leaders go first, and aligning the leadership team to be on the frontlines of change is necessary for any organization to achieve its amplify its impact and achieve its mission.

Allison believes in creating warm, energizing environments that help people dig into the work and open up to one another. She designs session flow and activities with the intent of creating that environment and building trust among teams. Allison enters a room with a training plan and expertise on the process, but leaves space to flex because she knows that the ultimate answer for a team is in the hearts and minds of those team members.
